This is a short satin slip: a V front, thin straps with sliders so you can set\nthe length of the bodice, and an A line skirt that falls to around mid thigh.\nThere is nothing structured in it, no cups, no wire and no elastic under the bust,\nwhich is what keeps it comfortable to sleep in.
\n\nTwo colours, black and red. The listing sells a single size, and the honest\nposition is set out below.
\n\nSatin describes the weave, not the fibre, and this one is 95% polyester with\n5% acrylic.\nIt is not silk, and if the natural fibre is what you are after, the mulberry silk\nrange on this site is where to look.
\n\nThe old listing said the colour never fades. No dye is permanent, so that line\nhas gone. What is true is that polyester holds colour better than most fibres, and\nkeeping it out of long spells of direct sunlight is what preserves it.
\n\nThis listing has always sold in one size, and the supplier's measurements are\nnot published anywhere we can point you at. Rather than print a bust figure we\nhave not verified, we would sooner tell you and get the answer. Email us before\nordering and we will measure the piece we would actually send you.
\n\nCold gentle wash with a mild detergent, no bleach, and a mesh bag to protect\nthe straps. It dries on a rail in about an hour. If it needs pressing, keep the\niron cool, because polyester scorches and the mark does not come out. If you want\nsomething to layer over it, the\nwomen's satin robe is in the same part of the shop.
